Course Approval Request

Please use the form below to request pre-approval for a course outside the THAD department that you intend to count toward the THAD Concentration. Courses from outside the department that do not cover at least 60% art historical material are ineligible for approval. If the course meets the 60% requirement, please use this form to apply for approval.

Important Note: You must submit a copy of the course syllabus. If you do not have access to the syllabus, contact the instructor. If the instructor cannot provide the syllabus, request a reading list. Without these components, your request cannot be processed.
